What this covers
GoldLab publishes educational content about gold (XAUUSD) trading and information about our own MetaTrader 5 Expert Advisors sold on the MQL5 Market. This policy explains what data we handle on our website and through our tool "GoldLab Poster", a private application we use only to publish posts and videos to our own Facebook Page.
Website
The website is a static site hosted on GitHub Pages. We do not run user accounts, forms, comments, advertising trackers or analytics cookies. GitHub, as the host, may process technical data such as IP addresses in server logs for security; see GitHub's privacy statement.
GoldLab Poster (Facebook app)
- The app is used only by the GoldLab page owner to publish content to the GoldLab TH Facebook Page.
- It uses a Page access token stored privately on the owner's computer. It does not collect, store or share personal data of Facebook users, and it does not read messages or friend lists.
- No data obtained from Facebook is sold or transferred to third parties.
Purchases
Our Expert Advisors are sold and licensed through the MQL5 Market. Payments and buyer data are handled by MQL5 Ltd. under its own privacy policy; we do not receive your payment details.
Contact and data deletion
If you contacted us (for example via LINE or Facebook messages) and want any information about you deleted, message us on LINE @065qwjtk or on the GoldLab TH Facebook Page and we will delete it within 30 days.
