Because our products are digital downloads with a license key, refunds work as follows.
When you can get a refund
- Within 7 days of purchase, license not activated: full refund, no questions asked.
- The EA does not work as described (for example it will not load in MetaTrader 5 or a described feature is missing) and we cannot fix it within 7 days of your report: full refund.
- Duplicate or accidental payment: full refund of the extra payment.
When refunds are not possible
- Trading results: losses or lower-than-expected profit are not a reason for a refund. Trading is risky and no EA wins every trade.
- Licenses that were activated on a live account and used for trading, after the 7-day window.
- Licenses deactivated for sharing or misuse (see our Terms of Service).
How to request a refund
Contact us via our contact page with your order number and the email used at checkout. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method; it can take 5–10 business days for your bank to show it. Your license key is deactivated when the refund is issued.
