These terms apply to software sold on goldlab.trade by GoldLab, Thailand ("GoldLab", "we"). By buying or using our software you agree to them.
1. What we sell
GoldLab sells downloadable trading software ("Expert Advisors" or "EAs") for the MetaTrader 5 platform, together with documentation. We do not manage money, hold client funds, give personal investment advice or provide trade signals. You decide whether, how and with what settings to use the software.
2. License
- Each purchase gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the EA on the number of trading accounts stated on the product page.
- You may not copy, share, resell, rent, decompile or modify the software, or share your license key.
- We may deactivate a license key that is shared or used in breach of these terms, without refund.
3. Delivery and updates
After successful payment you receive a download link and a license key by email. Updates for the version you bought are free while we maintain the product.
4. Risk disclosure
Trading gold, forex and CFDs on margin is high risk and may not be suitable for everyone. You can lose some or all of your capital. Software can malfunction and market conditions change; no system wins every trade. Backtests and past results do not guarantee future results. Always test on a demo account first and only trade money you can afford to lose. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and results.
5. No warranty and limitation of liability
The software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose or profitability. To the maximum extent allowed by law, GoldLab is not liable for trading losses, lost profits, broker or platform issues, connectivity problems, or any indirect damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product.

7. Payments
Payments are processed by our payment partner, Gumroad, which may act as the seller of record and collect applicable sales tax or VAT. We do not receive or store your full card details. Prices are shown in USD; your bank may apply currency conversion fees.
